Students sign both a set of norms with the university and a contract with owner/residence. The contract adheres to the one established by Spanish law for rent in shared apartments and residence.

Yes, a set of norms + a safety protocol is signed both by students and homestays.
Since visa is required in those cases, contracts/agreements/protocols are the same, but student is supposed to submit the visa documents both to the Accommodation service and owners/ residence.
A minimum of three months is required. Short-term options are available only for certain programs / partners as previously stated/agreed on MOUs or contracts.

300€. Deposit is refunded on the last week of student´s stay after a written confirmation by owner/residence/host family.
- Reservation cancelations must be communicated to the Language Centre in writing at least one month prior to the envisaged date of moving in. The deposit will be refunded, minus postal/bank charges. Administrative fees are never refunded.
- Students who have requested a certificate of accommodation for visa applications are only entitled to a refund of the deposit (never the administrative fees) if they present the Embassy/Consulate documentation certifying rejection.
- If the cancelation is made within a month of the envisaged date of moving in, no refund will be made.
